For every successful referral, existing customers can earn up to 1% of the apartment value of the property booked by their friends or family members. Additionally, your friend will receive an added benefit of up to 0.5% of the apartment cost upon purchasing a home with Ajay Begraj Properties.

This program is limited to existing customers of "Ajay Begraj Housing" who have purchased a unit (villa/apartment/plot) or any units in any of our projects across India. Applicability:

The scheme is valid when referring another person(s) who purchases a residential/commercial unit from "Ajay Begraj Housing". The sale to the new client must be a non-discounted sale, and no channel partners should be involved.

The prospective client can be referred through a personal meeting or via email, confirmed in writing by both the existing customer and the prospective client. An acknowledgment from "Ajay Begraj Housing" must be obtained and presented when claiming the referral fee.

Upon receipt of the referral fee, we will inform the referral about you and seek their acknowledgment.

The scheme is not applicable if the prospective customer has already approached "Ajay Begraj Housing" within the past 120 days regarding the project. Referral Fee:

The referral fee, inclusive of service tax or any other taxes (subject to TDS at the applicable rate), is calculated on the basic sales price and is subject to change without prior notice. The referral fee will be paid either through an A/C payee cheque or another financial instrument at the discretion of "Ajay Begraj Housing" within 30 days of registration of the sale agreement.

The referred customer must mention the referee's name at the time of expressing interest through the booking form. Amendments:

"Ajay Begraj Housing" reserves the right to amend, alter, modify, or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, the decision of "Ajay Begraj Housing" shall be final and binding on all parties.
